The Medgo compensation plan offers five extraordinary ways to assist the Independent Business Owner/entrepreneur in building a substantial income through retail sales as a business builder:

Active Customer: A Retail Customer who purchases at least $40 PV in a month.
Active Distributor: A Distributor must generate at least $40 PV per month to be an Active Standard Distributor, and at least $115 PV each month to be an Active Premier Distributor.
Standard Distributor: Standard Distributors must have a wholesale PV of at least $40 per month. Standard Distributors can earn overrides on up to 2 levels of Distributor sales when they meet the Personal Sponsorship requirements.
Premier Distributor – Premier Distributors must have wholesale PV of at least $115 per month. Premier Distributors can earn overrides on up to 6 levels of downline Distributor sales when they meet the Personal Sponsorship requirements.
PV= Personal Volume (wholesale). Distributor’s PV includes his or her personal purchases.
Retail Customer: A consumer who purchases Medgo products, but who is not a Medgo Distributor.
Both Standard and Premier Distributors can earn additional income from the retail sales of products.
Part Two> Preferred Retail Customer Program
Both Standard and Premier Distributors will have the opportunity to offer a 20% discount (off suggested retail prices) to customers that enroll into the Preferred Retail Customer Program. The Preferred Retail Customer must commit to a monthly auto-ship to utilize this unique savings feature.
The Fast Start Bonus is designed to reward Business Builders quickly with extra income. For each new Distributor you sponsor, you will earn a $25.00 Fast Start Bonus once the new Distributor generates at least $115 PV. If you sponsor a Premier Distributor, the Fast Start bonus will be earned immediately. If you sponsor a Standard Distributor, you will earn the $25.00 Fast Start Bonus once the Distributor generates $115.00 PV.

The 3 X 6 Forced Matrix has a limited amount of “positions” on each level. Your first level has 3 positions, the second, 9 and so on. For example, if you have your first level filled and you sponsor an additional new distributor, the software will search for the next “opening” in the matrix and place the new distributor in this position, creating “spill over” into the next level/position. spill over can come from you or a distributor above you.
Placement: One of the unique aspects of the plan is that it allows you to “place” distributors at your direction into your sales organization. Note: an “open” position in the matrix must be available to use the placement feature.

D) Mega Bonus Levels – Pays up to 15%. Must
meet personal sponsorship requirements (10+ or 15+ Active
Distributors) and personal group sales volume minimum of
$2,500 per month from Active Distributors within your 6
level organizations.
E) Leadership Infinity Bonus - To qualify
for the Leadership Infinity Bonus at any senior level, you
must have qualifying PGV within a calendar month at the rank
you have achieved.
Note: Standard Distributors can earn 5% on their first two levels based on a minimum $40.00 Personal Volume and personally enrolling two Distributors with qualifying volume of at least $40.00 PV or more per month.
Leadership Infinity Bonus

Pay Attention because this is HUGE!
The Leadership Infinity Bonus is designed to provide additional incentives to leaders who build strong teams.
Here's how it works.
Once you have
achieved certain Active rank(s), you are eligible to receive
an additional bonus on the qualified PGV of leaders in-depth
through infinity throughout your organization so long as you
maintain the qualification requirements.
To qualify for the Leadership Infinity
Bonus at any senior level, you must have qualifying PGV
within a calendar month at the rank you have achieved. You
also must meet Personal recruitment requirements and have at
least $115 PV during the month and at least 15 Active
personally sponsored Distributors in your downline plus the
following group volume requirements.
SPD - 1 must have $5,000 in monthly PGV
within 6 levels from Active Distributors.
SPD - 2 must have $10,000 in monthly PGV within 6 levels
from Active Distributors.
SPD - 3 must have $15,000 in monthly PGV within 6 levels
from Active Distributors.
SPD: Senior Premier Distributor
The monthly Leadership Infinity Bonus is paid on Senior Premier Distributor’s (SPD) sales volume, which occurs below you. Commissions are based on their 6 level PGV.

Generations are based on rank and group volume achievements. For example; if I am qualified as SPD 1, the software will search throughout my entire group (unlimited depth to infinity) to identify my 1st Generation qualified SPD 1 (or above rank) in which the bonus is paid. The amount of the bonus is determined by the volume created on that SPD 1’s group throughout their 6 levels.
PGV = Personal Group Volume. The total PV accumulated in a Distributor’s downline 3x6 matrix, measured to the level at which the Distributor is qualified to be paid. A Distributor’s PV is not included in his PGV.
Online Management System: Both Standard and Premier Distributors are required to purchase the monthly online management system for $9.95 per month. The Business Office environment is your online Internet system used to generate activity reports, enroll both customers and Distributors and track commissions, etc. The Business Office will include approved marketing tools, updates on corporate announcements, conference call schedules, product announcements and all other pertinent information.
Inactivity: A Distributor who does not earn a commission for six consecutive months will have his or her Distributor Agreement cancelled for inactivity. If however, the former Distributor was on the Autoship program, he or she will be classified as a Preferred Customer and his/her autoship agreement and order will remain in force. The former Distributor will continue to receive Medgo’s products on a monthly basis unless he/she specifically cancels the Autoship order in writing. The PV associated with the subsequent autoship purchases constitutes NIRC sales for the former Distributor’s Sponsor.
